Kimberly Bois has landed herself in trouble for planting outside her condo

A resident of Portsmouth, New Hampshire is being sued by the association running the building she lives in for planting flowers outside her home.

Kimberly Bois, who has planted flowers including daisies, bearded irises, lavender, hydrangeas and tulips outside her window, has been presented with a bill in excess of $4,500 in fines and legal fees by the Atlantic Pointe Condo Association that runs her property. (more…)
