Trade accounts are granted for genuine businesses, so when you ask for a trade account we will ask you for evidence of your trading status, but this process only takes as long as it takes you to send us the documents.
We like talking to our customers, so if any of your order is out of stock we will always contact you so you can let us know how to proceed.
VAT at the published standard rate, currently 20%, is added to your order automatically, although for EU orders (excluding the UK) this will be removed if you provide us with a valid EU tax registration number. For those of you outside of the EU, sorry, we cannot accept your order.
Paying for your order
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cheques but please note goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. You should allow 10 working days for the cheque to clear.
On-line transactions are handled by SECPay, the UK’s largest independently owned processor of secure, encrypted, online credit and debit card transactions - no one can access your card information. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are applied to your order automatically and are set out below
- For orders over GBP £100.00 (Excl. VAT) carriage will be FREE
- For orders between GBP £75.00 - GBP £99.99 (Excl. VAT) carriage of GBP £5.00 will be applied.
- For orders between GBP £1.00 - GBP £74.99 (Excl. VAT) carriage of GBP £7.50 will be applied.
There are generally additional carriage charges for certain parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, UK Offshore Islands and International addresses, we will pass on these charges at cost, but will always contact you first to confirm you wish to proceed with the order.
We aim to have the goods delivered to your door within 4 working days, unfortunately we cannot guarantee this, so we will not be responsible for any impact on the profitability of your business if goods do not arrive or arrive late.
Your Opportunity To Cancel
We hope you don’t need to cancel your order, but just in case, you will receive a full refund if you cancel BEFORE your order has been dispatched. If it has been dispatched simply wait for the goods to be delivered and then follow the instructions under “Returning Goods” below.
Returning Goods
If you want to return goods you will need to do so within 10 days of delivery, clearly labelled with your name, address and original Order Number. You will need to pay for the carriage costs incurred to return the goods and ensure the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received them. They need to be suitable for resale, if they are not the items should not be returned as the goods will not be refunded. When returning the goods please ensure they are adequately packed to avoid damage. Full refunds will only be given for complete & undamaged returns, in the event goods are not suitable for resale we will advise you with the reasons they are unsuitable.
No carriage charges will be refunded when returning goods.
General
We will process your order quickly and efficiently, taking care with its packing and ensuring delivery to your door happens smoothly. However, it is at our discretion whether we supply the order, we are not obliged under law to do it.
We always ensure our catalogue and website is up to date so we will change product descriptions, product specifications, alter prices and withdraw any items from sale without notice to ensure our marketing literature is accurate.
Title and risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.
