Contract to Supply

When an email confirmation of your order is sent to you, this is an automated response from the server to indicate that your order has been received at our website. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us, or that we have physically been informed of your order at that precise moment in time. If you do not receive this automated response, it is likely that you have mis-typed your email address on your order - please contact us accordingly.

Cancellation

Please be aware that full & complete cancellation without charge can only be accepted if your goods have NOT been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation may be made within seven days but (a) the carriage cost of delivering the order to you is NOT refundable (b) we do not refund the cost of your returning the goods to us.

You should refer to the Returns Policy section below, but you should be aware you have a duty to protect our goods whilst in your possession and to ensure adequate packing & protection in sending them back to us.

Back Orders

If your single item is not in stock, we will back order for you. (Unless clearance/limited stock/end-of-line/special offer items) You will always be emailed/telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait

If only one or two small items from a larger order are not available immediately we may cancel them and request that you re-order if they are still required; the bulk of the order will then be dispatched as normal. We will try to email or call you with the option of leaving the items on back order if you are happy to wait for the goods.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the EU,17.5% VAT is added. UK VAT will not be charged where you are able to supply us with a VALID EU tax registration number.
